He has worked in the Automotive and Medical Device industries from lower level Engineering positions to upper management positions. The last 24 years has been in ownership of Medical Device companies. The first company was Innomedica Inc. which designed and manufactured Pace Maker Leads. They manufactured and sold the Leads under their own label plus sold them to Medtronic, St. Jude, Boston Scientific plus a number of smaller companies in the United States, Europe and Japan. Mike sold the company after nine years to Biomec Inc. and they sold out to Wilson Greatbatch.
Mike started Vitaldyne Medical Inc. three months after selling Innomedica which is Cokato, MN based, Quality certified, turn-key contract design and assembly medical device manufacturer, adhesive and solvent bonding, soldering, pad printing, assembly and packaging, precision laser processing systems for Precision Hole Drilling as Small as .0005”, Micro Welding and Sensitive Ablation, Micro Marking to .005”, Large Area ND: YAG Marking, Serializing and Batch Coding for Part Traceability.
